11月1日—2日，2025“外研社·国才杯”“理解当代中国”全国大学生外语能力大赛江西省赛在江西中医药大学湾里校区举行。
From November 1st to 2nd, the 2025 "FLTRP·Guocai Cup" "Understanding Contemporary China" National College Students' Foreign Language Proficiency Competition (Jiangxi Provincial Round) was held at the Wanli Campus of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine.
大赛以考查国际传播综合能力为导向，设置5个赛项，共有来自省内65所高校的近700名选手参加本次比赛。选手们围绕“理解中国，沟通世界”这一大赛主题，通过演讲、翻译、短视频等形式，展示了中国在经济、政治、文化、社会、生态文明等领域发展的生动案例，从青年视角推动东西方文明交流互鉴，体现了锐意创新、勇立潮头的青春风貌，展现了出色的语言综合运用能力、跨文化沟通能力、思辨能力与国际视野，反映出江西省在高校外语教学改革、外语拔尖创新人才培养方面的显著成效，为推动“三进”工作纵深发展、提升我国国际传播能力提供强劲助力。
Guided by the goal of assessing comprehensive international communication capabilities, the competition set up 5 events and attracted nearly 700 contestants from 65 universities in Jiangxi Province. Centering on the theme "Understanding China, Communicating with the World", the contestants showcased vivid cases of China's development in economy, politics, culture, society, ecological civilization and other fields through speeches, translation, short videos, and other formats. From the perspective of young people, they promoted the exchange and mutual learning between Eastern and Western civilizations, demonstrating a pioneering spirit and a commitment to driving change. Their performances highlighted exceptional comprehensive language skills, cross-cultural communication abilities, critical thinking, and a global mindset, underscoring the remarkable progress of Jiangxi Province in reforming foreign language education and cultivating top-notch innovative talent. This contest provided strong impetus for deepening the "Three Entries" initiative and enhancing China's international communication capacity.
教育是强国建设、民族复兴的基石。本次大赛以“理解中国，沟通世界”为主题，践行服务教育强国建设的使命，有效检验“三进”教学成效，为培养拔尖创新外语人才提供实践载体，更成为青年学子回应时代与国家期望的舞台。从启动到收官，大赛见证了江西学子用外语诠释中国智慧、传播中国声音的精彩表现，也目睹了江西学子在激烈比拼中不断成长、在深入交流中持续进步的责任与担当。今后，江西外语界将勠力同心，为“理解中国 沟通世界”发挥更重要的作用。
As education serves as the cornerstone of national rejuvenation and the building of a strong China, this competition, under the theme "Understanding China, Communicating with the World," has fulfilled its mission of contributing to educational advancement. It has not only effectively assessed the outcomes of the "Three Entries" initiative and provided a practical platform for nurturing top-notch foreign language talent but has also stood as a stage for young students to rise to the call of the nation and the times. From its commencement to its conclusion, the competition showcased the prowess of Jiangxi's students in interpreting Chinese wisdom and amplifying China's voice in foreign languages, capturing their growing sense of responsibility through intense competition and meaningful exchange. Moving forward, the foreign language community in Jiangxi will continue to unite and strengthen its collective efforts to play an even more significant role in "Understanding China and Communicating with the World."
